Lavender wheat bag
This wheat bag is filled with wheat and real dried lavender or chamomile flowers. Or alternately can be unscented. It comes in a blue / green and white lavender print cotton fabric.
Ingredients
Wheat kernals, Lavender flowers, chamomile
Instructions for use
- Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds at a time for no more than 90 seconds
- Place a small container of water in the microwave with the wheat bag whilst heating to prevent the wheat from drying out
- Or simply place the bag on a radiator
- Wait for the bag to cool before reheating
- For cold compression, place in a plastic bag and put in the freezer for at least an hour
