Items will be sent out the next business day after receipt of payment, if the item is ready by this time. However, some items will have to be made from scratch, in which case they will be dispatched between 3 – 5 business days.

Business days are Mon – Fri

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us to let us know before the shipping notification has been sent out, as an order cannot be cancelled after this time.


We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy, please let us know immediately so that we can work to resolve the issue.

Returns are accepted if the item has not been opened or used and is returned within 7 days of receipt and after discussion of the problem. The cost of returns postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

If your item arrives damaged, please inform us on the day of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the damage, so that we can try to rectify the situation.
